My husband and I have used British Airways for years, but after our last trip we will never use them again. The flight attendants were rude and hateful and the customer service was horrible. It was the worst experience we have ever had flying. |

Passengers injured on flight to Albany International // 05-08-2010
Two people were taken to Albany Medical Center after they were injured on a flight from Cleveland to Albany.
Airport officials say the aircraft encountered severe turbulence during the flight.
Albany International Airport Operations reported that Express Jet Airlines Flight #2769, operated as Continental Express, first reported the turbulence about 40 miles west of Albany International Airport.
The crew notified the Air Traffic Control Tower which in turn notified the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Department to stage for the arrival of the aircraft. The aircraft, a two engine regional jet, landed at approximately 1:45 p.m. today.

Airlines Announce Additional Schedule Changes Due To Winter Storm // 01-29-2010
n anticipation of the winter storm hitting central North Carolina, Delta/Northwest Airlines and Southwest Airlines will cancel all departures from Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Saturday, Jan. 30.
Earlier today, airlines serving RDU canceled nearly all early morning arrivals and departures to and from RDU.
Travelers with plans this weekend are advised to contact their airline to check the status of their flight or to rebook if canceled.

Plane Makes Emergency Landing At DIA After Disturbance // 01-23-2010
DENVER -- A United Airlines flight from Washington D.C. to Las Vegas made an emergency stop in Denver on Saturday evening after a disturbance by a passenger on board.
Jeff Green, spokesman for DIA, said United Flight 223 landed at around 5:10 p.m. at the airport after the pilot radioed that there was a disturbance onboard.
